After a fair few sessions on Rave Party Fever, I rate it as one of the stronger PG Soft cluster slots I have played. The theme work and modifiers keep the base game lively, and the bonus can go wild when the multiplier climbs and features loop. On the flip side, the top 4,699x style hits will be very rare, and the mobile first layout will not suit everyone who likes spinning on a big monitor.
